1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StreetScout platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of South Africa to use our services and receive payouts.

3. Lead Submission & Payouts

You agree to submit only genuine, accurate, and lawfully obtained property leads. A lead is considered valid only after our team has verified the information and confirmed the property owner's intent to sell. Payouts of R250 are strictly contingent upon this approval process. We reserve the right to reject any lead at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or privacy laws).

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
